Ok, so I dropped a couple of days on my running. And I wasn’t quite sure about today. More psychological than anything. When I started off, I felt my upper left leg, but the feeling remained stable as I did the 6K. Nothing to worry about then. I missed doing distances and after strolling along a motorcycle expo went well is Saturday, I decided to do a longer and fat burning run. So that’s what I did. Can you imagine it’s actually harder now to hold my hand in a fist than on the beach on Wednesday? I also discovered today that I’m probably running on sugars more than slow fat burning. This was one awesome run. I mean, the wind was terrible, the sand was very soft at a lot of places and it was an empty barren place. But man, was it great to run on.
