Push harder 3K, 3K @ 6m

I didn’t have much time this morning as I need to go see my physiotherapist at 10. So I decided to do a quick 3K without intervals and see what that would result in. I felt like I gave it all, only to recover quickly as I type this. I guess I could have pushed harder. Having said that, I do feel my left upper leg, so perhaps this was enough. ;), Avg Cadence:82
