Ok, so I dropped a couple of days on my running. And I wasn’t quite sure about today. More psychological than anything. When I started off, I felt my upper left leg, but the feeling remained stable as I did the 6K. Nothing to worry about then.
My physiotherapist was very happy with my progress. I need to keep up doing my exercises and we’re going to do a call in four weeks instead of a visit. Happy about that. , Avg Cadence:78
