Going the extra K, Fysio training 5x 5/2

This morning I decided to add another interval to my training because I felt I might be able to make it. The result was more of the same. I felt my left leg a little when I started and still felt it the same when I was done. So, no surprise or reason not to there.
In general it felt alright. I started off fast, then slowly dropped pace, the wind against me from my turning point not helping that. But heart rates came down decently during recovery, so I am pretty happy. , Avg Cadence:76
