Morning run 4×5+2, Fysio training 4x 5/2

For now, I’ve decided to do a combined training schedule with lower heart rate longer runs and faster intervals. Hoping that will build up both stamina as well as speed. I just need one more training type for my third training in the week.
For now I have found that I’m more likely to feel my left leg when I’ve done stuff before my run. That means the start is stiffer and I feel it more at the end, but other than that, I can feel improvement. , Avg Cadence:77
