Renesse beach, Fysio training 4x 5/2

This was one awesome run. I mean, the wind was terrible, the sand was very soft at a lot of places and it was an empty barren place. But man, was it great to run on. I have noticed though, that as I need to concentrate on my running or my feet need to work harder, I drop the tension on my left hand. So that still needs work. And I do feel my left leg more today, but I’m not sure whether that’s from letting my hand go, or from the sand, or from the extra 5 minutes of my run.
All in all, I’m happy about the run and the pace. And now to our four star breakfast. 😉
