3K interval @push-harder, 3K interval

I feel like I did pretty well. At the start I set 3 1K intervals with 3 minutes of slow running in between as recovery. I was able to restrain myself during those 3 minutes and ran faster than 6 minutes on every fast bit viagra sverige. , Avg Cadence:77
