Two things happened this morning. First, I didn’t have that much time. Second, on Friday I was already considering doing a longer run. So, I decided to try to strike a compromise with myself. Which meant that I wasn’t going to go further than I would run during the Physio workouts, but I would drop the walking and just do 3K continuously, but set my pace warning for 6m/km. Well, the pace went badly, as I ran much faster, but I made the 3K quite nicely.
Having said that, I did feel my left leg at the start, but it seemed to drop off in the third quarter of the first km only to return on the walking afterwards. I think I’ll stretch the intervals for later this week. , Avg Cadence:82
