Physio workout 4×5 + 2, Fysio training 4x 5/2

Can you imagine it’s actually harder now to hold my hand in a fist than on the beach on Wednesday? I also discovered today that I’m probably running on sugars more than slow fat burning. So I probably need to adjust my training to longer stretches with a lower heart rate. Maybe I can try that Sunday or Monday. I feel my left leg now.
