Many things come together in this run. I wanted to go beyond 7K, so I plotted a run around the lake. Completing it and running 8K is a milestone. Even more because of the geographical location than my performance. Then, after 6.5K I started to feel the inside of my feet, bringing home the remark of my physiotherapist that I might need to change shoes to a model that has less correction for over pronation. And even though at the beginning I felt 8K could be too much, I only feel that in the pushing of the support blocks in my shoes and not in the amount of energy I have left.
Which means, I feel good!
And then opening Strava to see that I have run 3 personal bests. How about that. 😀
