Last time I ran I felt my foot hurt. It plagued me for the rest of the day and the day after. When I wanted to do a run the following day I could not do more than 25 meters without lots of pain in my foot. Decided to rest until today , then do an easy short run. It was alright, but I still feel it in my foot and now also up my leg. 🙁 But at least I was able to do 3K and get out there. ;), Avg Cadence:80
