FollowWow, this has been long… I’ve let myself be pushed away from running due to my schedule, the rains of the past months, the darkness in the winter and spring. And now I let my allergic asthma get the better of me. This morning of what will be one of the hottest days of the year so far, I decided to ignore it all and try to do a 3K run. And succeeded.
